About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and bookings made through Earth Studio, including:

• Pre-launch workshop bookings

• Digital offerings (online classes, meditations, etc.)

• Merchandise purchases

By making a purchase or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Workshop Bookings

Booking Process

• Workshop bookings are made through our booking system (BookWhen)

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received

• You'll receive a confirmation email with workshop details

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Your Responsibilities

Before booking a workshop, you must:

• Be physically able to participate in the activity

• Inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your participation

• Follow all instructions given by the instructor

• Arrive on time (late arrivals may not be admitted if it disrupts the class)

Health & Safety

• Yoga and Pilates involve physical activity and carry some risk of injury

• You participate at your own risk

• If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before attending

• Tell your instructor before class if you have any injuries or limitations

• You're responsible for working within your own limits

• Stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort

Cancellation by You

• More than 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund or credit towards another workshop

• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit towards another workshop

• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund, but we may offer a credit at our discretion

To cancel, email us at hello@earthstudio.uk as soon as possible.

Cancellation by Earth Studio

If we need to cancel a workshop:

• We'll give you as much notice as possible

• You'll receive a full refund or credit towards another workshop

• We're not responsible for any travel costs or other expenses you've incurred

Changes to Workshops

• We reserve the right to change the instructor, time, or location if necessary

• If we make significant changes, you can request a full refund

• Minor changes (like a different instructor covering) does not qualify for refunds

Digital Products

What You Get

• Access to online classes, guided meditations, or other digital content

• Access is usually provided within 24 hours of purchase

• You'll receive instructions via email

Your Usage Rights

• Digital products are for your personal use only

• You cannot share, reproduce, or distribute the content

• Access may be time-limited (we'll specify this in the product description)

• We retain all intellectual property rights

Refunds

• Digital products cannot be refunded once access has been provided

• If there's a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we'll fix it or provide a refund

Merchandise

Orders

• All merchandise is pre-sale - items will be ordered once our fundraising campaign concludes

• Merchandise orders are processed through Stripe

• You'll receive an order confirmation email

• Items can take up to 8 weeks to be dispatched from the date of purchase

• We'll keep you updated on production and dispatch timelines via email

Shipping

• We ship to UK addresses

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout

• We're not responsible for delays caused by postal services

• Risk passes to you once the item is dispatched

Returns & Refunds

• You can return unused, unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached

• Email hello@earthstudio.uk to arrange a return

• You're responsible for return postage costs

• Refunds processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item

• Faulty items: Contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund (including return postage)

Non-returnable Items

• Digital products (once accessed)

• Personalised or custom items

• Items marked as final sale

Payment

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through BookWhen and Stripe

• We don't store your payment card details

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment fails

• If your payment fails, we'll contact you to resolve it

Liability

Our Liability

• We provide workshops and products with reasonable care and skill

• We're not liable for injuries that occur because you didn't follow instructions or disclose health conditions

• We're not liable for loss or damage to your personal belongings

• Our total liability to you (for anything other than death or personal injury caused by our negligence) is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service

What We Don't Exclude

We don't exclude or limit our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

Your Responsibility

You're responsible for:

• Your own health and safety during workshops

• Ensuring you're fit to participate

• Following all safety instructions

• Any injury that results from not following instructions or failing to disclose health conditions

Insurance

We recommend you have appropriate insurance to cover:

• Personal accident and injury

• Your personal belongings

• Cancellation costs (if you need to cancel for reasons outside our policy)

Your Information

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

By making a booking or purchase, you agree to us processing your data for:

• Fulfilling your order or booking

• Sending you confirmations and updates

• Contact about your booking if necessary

Photography & Media

During workshops and events:

• We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes

• Let us know if you don't want to be photographed

• By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you opt out

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our digital products (text, images, videos, logo, designs) is owned by Earth Studio or our licensors. You cannot use it without our permission.

General Terms

Age Requirement

• You must be 18 or over to make bookings or purchases

• Under 18s must have parental consent to attend workshops

Communication

• We'll communicate with you via email

• Make sure you provide a valid email address

• Check your spam folder if you don't receive confirmations

Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time

• Check this page regularly for updates

• Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Earth Studio.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Waiver

If we don't enforce a right under these terms, it doesn't mean we've waived that right.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
