

Open Heart
Join us for a slow and deeply restorative afternoon designed to support the heart - physically, energetically and emotionally. Through a gentle heart-opening yoga practice, we will create space in the chest and shoulders, inviting ease, openness and a sense of being held.
Warming heart-opening herbal tea will be offered as a simple ritual to nourish and soothe, helping you to slow down and arrive fully in the moment.
We will then move into deep rest through a calming sound bath meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart space to integrate and receive.

Dynamic Vinyasa
A fun, creative, dynamic Vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement whilst building strength, mobility and awareness and the chance to challenge yourself.

A slower-paced, gentle Yoga class with mindful movements and longer holds, ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a calming, restorative practice.
Ashtanga Yoga
A strong practice, following the traditional sequence, building strength, flexibility and focus in a structured class.
Restorative Yoga
A deeply restful and nourishing practice, with longer-held postures and fully supported using props to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
Yoga Basics for Men
An accessible introduction to yoga for men, designed to build strength, flexibility and confidence - no experience or flexibility needed.
